Functions of the CDC
Discuss and approve the annual budget estimates for the college.
Consider and recommend developmental proposals for new programmes, facilities, and infrastructure.
Review and ratify policies related to student welfare, discipline, and fee structure.
Oversee utilisation of grants received from UGC, State Government, and other bodies.
Monitor academic performance, examination results, and institutional quality indicators.
Advise on faculty recruitment, promotions, and service matters as per university norms.
Review audit reports and direct corrective financial action where necessary.
